I am confused as to why:

—“chimerical” does not imply mismatched-ness (i.e. chimeras! wtf)

—euphonium… irony of ironies. I understand the (latin?) roots, but lolomg, low brass always get picked on and especially the baris/euphs I feel like. Yes, baris are not euphs. Yes, I know a lot of good players. But also I am a trumpet and I am going to pick the hell out of the low brass. Especially when two of my seat partners are both low brass players.
