Architectural tastes.
My professor and I totally disagree on some things. I love Gehry, my studio professor thinks he’s all shape and no substance. I live for Disney/movie-esque theming, he thinks it’s tacky pastiche.

Another note on "hipsters"
I’m also fascinated by the etymology of the word. If anyone has any sources, please pass them on, because what I know is from my own observation which is pretty limited.
From what I can find, “hipsters” was originally used in the 1940s for white youths who affected jazz culture. Strangely enough.
